I’m a firefighter and personal trainer in Massachusetts, here to help women on the front lines reclaim their strength and thrive—on shift and beyond.
In the firehouse, I’ve seen up close what this job demands from us—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Long hours, heavy gear, interrupted sleep, the pressure to prove yourself. Add in the risks of heart disease, cancer, and chronic pain, and it’s clear: the “standard” approach to fitness doesn’t cut it for us.
That’s why I design programs that actually meet you where you’re at—from recruit fitness to shift-friendly workouts to nutrition that fuels you without the fluff. My work in the fire service has grown into one-on-one coaching for women who are ready to train with purpose, protect their energy, and build lasting resilience.

This 15-minute call is for us to see if I'm a good fit to help you. If I'm the right person for the job, we'll book an in-person or online consultation. If not, I can refer you to another trusted professional nearby.

During your free consultation, we'll review your goals, check your range of motion, provide helpful information, and start creating a personalized plan to achieve your health, fitness, and lifestyle goals.

During your first 2-4 weeks, we'll work together one-on-one to develop a functional diagnosis, establish success metrics, and create your personalized exercise plan. This can be done in-person or remotely.

During this phase, we'll continue to work closely together to build your confidence and proficiency in four essential areas:
1. Performing movements safely, effectively, and efficiently
2. Understanding and interpreting exercise programs
3. Enhancing lifestyle factors that directly influence achieving your goals
4. Grasping the primary principles of and the fundamentals of recovery, capacity, and exercise -
Once you've attained freedom of movement and no longer require one-on-one sessions, you have the option to continue with personalized sessions or transition to custom preset programming. I’ll still provide customized programming, but have the autonomy to change workouts on your own. This phase includes monthly meetings with me to track your progress, cover important educational topics, and make adjustments as necessary.

Once you've reached your initial goals and mastered the path to success, I believe you've earned the Freedom to chart your next journey. Whether it's maintaining your achievements or preparing to conquer Mount Everest, this phase empowers you to customize programs to suit your needs and reclaim your physical independence.
