Your Coach:

I’m a firefighter and personal trainer in Massachusetts, here to help women on the front lines reclaim their strength and thrive—on shift and beyond.

I started as a CrossFit coach and quickly saw a pattern: women wanted to feel strong and capable in everyday life, but competitive gym culture often led to burnout or injury. That didn’t sit right with me. So I shifted focus—toward sustainable, real-world fitness that’s built to support your goals, not sabotage them.

In the firehouse, I’ve seen up close what this job demands from us—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Long hours, heavy gear, interrupted sleep, the pressure to prove yourself. Add in the risks of heart disease, cancer, and chronic pain, and it’s clear: the “standard” approach to fitness doesn’t cut it for us.

That’s why I design programs that actually meet you where you’re at—from recruit fitness to shift-friendly workouts to nutrition that fuels you without the fluff. My work in the fire service has grown into one-on-one coaching for women who are ready to train with purpose, protect their energy, and build lasting resilience.

You’ve got what it takes to do this job and live fully. I’m just here to help you back it up with smart, sustainable strength—so you can show up for your crew, your people, and yourself.
